Vegan Flavors

The first time I baked a vegan cupcake, I decided I'd never do it any other way. I found that for one reason or another, the vegan cupcakes were the most moist cupcakes and had wonderful responses from everybody. Not only that, but in comparison to other cupcakes I noticed that there is less sugar and flour than regular cupcakes. I ALMOST feel healthy eating them!

I'm always asked what options I have for the vegan menu and as with all other cupcakes, I am willing to try any flavor. Of course, the more ingredients or I should say the more expensive ingredients makes for more expensive cupcakes. That being said, it all depends on your preference of flavor and expense. Below are some of the most popular flavors following with a few other options for all those with egg/dairy allergy or prefer the vegan treats.

Banana Split
*Banana cupcake with a buttercream frosting
(topped with either the sundae look or "Elvis" look)

Photos unavailable at this time, but will be posted when they come available.

Margarita
*Lime cupcake with a tequila lime frosting and a dash of salt
(can be topped with something as simple as a lime slice or you can add a fun straw)

Vanilla
*Low fat cupcake and can also be made as gluten free
(can be topped with seasonal fruits and a simple glaze, lavender frosting as shown below, chocolate        frosting, or any other flavors you prefer)

Lemon Macadamia Nut
*Lemon macadamia nut cupcake with a lemon buttercream frosting
(add extra macadamia nuts to top off the cupcake for a small extra price)
(I can also try doing a basic lemon with fruit or any other flavor)

Chocolate Coconut
*Chocolate coconut cupcake with a coffee buttercream frosting
(can be topped with toasted coconut, coffee bean, or anything of your preference)

Chocolate
*Chocolate cupcake with any topping
(chocolate frosting, buttercream frosting, ganache, peanut butter, mocha frosting, mint, etc.)

(Edible glitter)

Other flavors at request:
*Carrot Cake cupcakes
*Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cupcakes
*Orange Pudding Cupcakes with chocolate ganache topping

*Of course, feel free to ask about mixing up any of the above  flavors with something else and we can see what will work best!

Welcome Dessert Lovers!

My baking escapades started when Ty bought me my first cupcake book. It was one of those books with all the fun decorations, which put me up for the challenge for decorating of course. That got a little too tedious, expensive, and time consuming (although I still love to do it here and there) so I started experimenting with all the varieties of flavors. Who knew so many existed!

Not too much later in this experimenting, did I start working night shift at the hospital. I can't even tell you the number of cupcakes I was making to keep my anxiety level somewhat lower. My family was tired of seeing so many cupcakes around, so I began to take them into work. It proved to work out well because over the last year I have made so many different kinds of treats and had many people keep asking me for a business card and if I'd make them for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, etc. I never imagined it'd lead me this way, but as of last week I decided to dive into this side business! So for all you dessert lovers, myself included...welcome:

SHORT & SWEET

I have the options of cupcakes for those who can withstand any ingredient, those who have gluten allergies, and those who want the vegan option as well. Prices can vary depending on the extent to each cupcake and the allergy free options, but my plan is to give people the opportunity to save a little cash as compared to going and spending tons of money on just one cupcake. I hope my love for baking, and eating of course, brings flavor to your mouth in every bite!
